    1. Outdoor application – printing quality provided in this mode is enough for application of ready-made product for claddings of buildings, street signs and other cases when the standard distance to the object is about 2-5 meters.

    2. Indoor application – printing quality is enough for creation of decorative pieces of furniture and another interior object to be placed in the houses, hotels, airports, cafes and restaurants.

    3. Souvenir application – printing quality meets the highest requirements to the printed image. When printed in this mode, the lines are very precise and the colours play is very smooth. Images applied in that mode can be examined even under the loop glass.

  • TECHNOLOGY

    Classical anodizing is a galvanic process of growing anodic layer on the aluminum surface.

    First, the metal passes through degreasing bath, which removes all surface dirt, then, the product goes into etching bath, which removes the natural oxide layer from the surface. And only then the process of growing the anodic film is begun. Quality control of this step ensures that a homogeneous layer of a certain thickness will be formed.

    Thereafter, aluminum is ready for printing the image.

    Quality printing on Aluprint system is reached due to minimum size of ink droplets (3 pl), as well as by precise time control of the printing so the ink has enough time to penetrate into the pore. In addition, the brightness and resistance to fading are affected by the quality of the ink and the pore depth.

    The last operation finalizing the printing process is a hot seal. The finished work is placed in water of a temperature not less than 96 ° C for 40-60 minutes. As a result, the pores are closed by aluminum hydroxide; so the dyes are «sealed» within that oxide layer and the surface gets a number of unique attributes. The resulting coating has a high mechanical (abrasion) and chemical resistance (precipitation, solvent, SAS), can successfully withstand UV radiation, leading to possible use in any harsh climatic conditions from -80 ° C to +100 ° C.

    CONSTRUCTION AND COMPONENTS

    All-metal welded frame can withstand any heavy media. The body is equipped with wheels and legs for easy movement and a stable fixation in operation.

    gal 4 vacuum zones
    Honeycomb desktop is divided into 6 vacuum zones operated independently to reduce power consumption of the printer. Composite panel coating is perforated to ensure continuous vacuum supply. The coating is fixed by magnets and is easy to replace.

    gal I-beam and guide-frames
    The carriage motion system includes specialized guides, mounted on an aluminum I-beam. Step- motor with leadscrew provides automatic adjustment of the carriage height making your work a lot easier.

    gal 10 tanks for ink supplying and ink level sensors
    The ink delivery system consists of 10 tanks (8 for colors and 2 for air). Each container includes a mechanical sensor measuring the level of a residue, pre-filter, cleaning system of electronic valves, and diaphragm pump for pumping ink into system, fine filter and ink supplying path. Vacuum systems for CMYK and White color are independent. This is most reliable scheme in industrial ink-jet printing for now.

    The warranty on color fading resistance (to change Delta E by LAB scale - less than 3 units during the warranty period) 10 years.
